Cassandra Thorburn was all smiles as she attended a book event in Sydney while her ex-husband Karl Stefanovic prepares to marry Jasmine Yarbrough in a lavish Mexican ceremony.
Thorburn appeared in high spirits as she arrived at Luna Park on Tuesday for a mums and bubs pamper session to promote her children’s book Leo Lion’s Big Bed.
Sharing a photo of herself at the event on Instagram, Thorburn wrote in the caption that she “loved being on a discussion panel” alongside journalist Elle Halliwell.

Earlier this week, Thorburn’s three children joined her ex-husband Stefanovic and his bride-to-be Yarbrough as they jetted out of Sydney for Mexico.
Stefanovic and Thorburn split in 2016 after 21 years in marriage, with the Today host meeting shoe designer Yarbrough in December that year.
Last year the journalist admitted she had found herself in a dark place after their split, telling Woman’s Day “it was like someone had died”.
“I realised I was going through stages of grief, and to me it was like someone had died,” she told the magazine.
Thorburn told The Australian Women’s Weekly in August that she was feeling more confident two years on from the split, but there had been in a price.
“The flip-side of that is I feel like we’re dead to his family and almost anyone from our old life,” she claimed.
“There has been practically no contact. I feel like we’ve been discarded and disposed of, replaced by a whole new line-up of starters. It has been a real adjustment period for me.”
Thorburn’s allegations were denied by Stefanovic, who told Nine’s The Fixhe was “disappointed” by her comments.
